First Visit
We look forward to meeting you! Please anticipate a 1 – 1.5 hour appointment to review your periodontal health. Length of time is dependent on the complexity of your circumstance and the depth of discussion you would like.

New x-rays or 3D Dental CT imaging may be necessary for a comprehensive evaluation.

Finances
We welcome a discussion of fees prior to your care, as payments will be due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards. Payment can be completed in person or on our convenient and secure online portal. We understand dental treatment can sometimes be a significant investment, so please discuss any concerns with us. We are here to help you reach your periodontal goals.
Insurance
We are an “out-of-network” dental provider, but you can still benefit from your Dental PPO Insurance. Please provide us with your dental insurance card or accurate identifying information, and our experienced staff will submit claims and necessary information on your behalf. Dental DMO, Medical PPO, and Medical HMO Insurance Plans do not provide coverage for treatment.
